CONSULT We can come to you, or you to us. We expand on your needs, ideas and timeframes for your project. If Norton Building is the right fit for you, we will provide you with the advice and information to get your ideas moving into the next phase.
CONCEPT Using your wants and needs from the consult stage, we work with our architects to create concept plans. A second consultation with you to discuss the concept plans and factor in any other features that you would like to include or change is the next step.
ESTIMATE Once we have finalised a concept plan, the architect will produce the full set of working drawings. When this is complete, an estimation for the project can be worked out by sending these plans out to our sub-contractors and suppliers to get the most competitive pricing.
FINALISE The last consultation to confirm all details to ensure your dream home has everything you and your family need. Meetings will be setup between you and our kitchen and bathroom specialists. Pricing is finalised and all features and finishes are checked.
BUILD The contract is signed, plans are submitted to council, and your build can start! All the hard decisions you’ve made will start to form your dream home.
