From the city lights of Auckland, to the rolling green hills of Loburn; this family were seeking a change of lifestyle. With their young family expanding, and grandparents retiring and wanting to spend more time with their grandchildren, the decision was simple - buy ten acres and build two beautiful homes. They approached Norton Building with their own plans and a vision; family living with room for visitors, and space for both couples to have their own time too. This stunning home boasts space, family living, and panoramic views of the surrounding North Canterbury hills - the perfect environment for making many happy family memories.

INTO THE 21ST CENTURY
It is hard to believe that this now modern home is almost 40 years old. The clients had a vision for this home - comfortable and contemporary family living. Many hours were spent moving walls and problem solving new solutions, and along with the client’s flair for interior design, the team completely modernised this beautiful family home. It is not until you look at the before and after photos that you can truly appreciate the transformation that has occurred.
